Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – available in select areas

Please note: delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or weather conditions.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship within the United States.

• At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information will be active within 24–48 hours.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• Ven-Ray is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

• If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
